This coffee has been produced by Guilherme de Castro, a fourth generation grower on his farm. Guilherme’s family’s production has benefited from the experience of his ancestors to establish s successful high-altitude coffee plantation and processing operation. Sitio Santa Quiteria is hand cultivated as the land’s altitude and mountainous terrain make machine labour difficult.
This coffee boasts notes of dark chocolate and nuts, with low acidity and a good body.
