This coffee is produced by the indigenous community “Nasa Wesx” of Gaitania, who live across different indigenous territories across Cauca, Hulia and Tolima. With the help of ASOPEP who this community is a part of, they have managed to certify all of their coffee as organic. Gaitania is located South West of Planadas and this recognised region is known to produce citric and fruity coffees.
This specific lot has sweet notes of peach, vanilla, and tropical fruit.
