This time being a washed Castillo co-fermented with wine yeast and green apples, Mr Arcila has once again managed to put the taste of granny smiths into his coffee through processing. Boasting an apple-flavoured lolly aroma, and an apple cider cup, you’ll definitely taste green apples in your coffee.
