Produced on Plan del Hoyo farm by Francisco R.R. de Sola and his sister Susana de Sola Funsten, this washed Anacafe 14 from El Salvador is well suited for silky espressos, sweet milk-based beverages, and fruit forward filter coffees. You can expect a creamy cocoa body, yellow stone fruit sweetness, sticky orange acidity, and plenty of melon and dried mango flavours to finish.
